While some things may come less easily to me, my different way of thinking has also fueled my greatest successes, enabling me to see connections others miss and uncover innovative solutions to complex problems.
I’ve navigated the corporate world, rising to senior leadership at a Fortune 200 company and leading teams of 200+. Along the way, I’ve learned to embrace my unique perspective and transform perceived limitations into strengths. Inspired by the book "A Beautiful Constraint" by Mark Barden and Adam Morgan, I’ve discovered the power of turning challenges into catalysts for creativity and innovation.
